Warren and  RoGene Clark purchased Prospector RV Resort in 2006. Warren, RoGene, and their family have always enjoyed visiting Arizona and Lake Havasu on weekends to go boating since the 1970's. This inspired them to purchase the park in 2006 so they could own a piece of Lake Havasu.
